Memory work: subjects, cards & recitations

Build the school's memory-work library once, assign decks to classes, and see who's keeping up.

  1. Open Memory work (in the Teaching group) and choose + Subject. Inside it, Add topic and Add subtopic to organise the library.
  2. Open a topic. On Flash cards, choose Add card (or Paste many) — Basic or Table / chart, with Also add the reverse card if you like.
  3. On Recitations, choose Add recitation with a reference and the full text (blank lines split it into sections).
  4. Assign it: open the class's Memory work tab → Assign or remove decks, pick a subject or topic (Include sub-topics if you want them), and choose Assign.

The class Memory work tab shows Practiced this week, Cards known and Needs a nudge, with each assigned deck's progress and every student's. Families practice at home, and it shows on each student's profile.
