Questions about pricing.
Are there really no per-student fees?
Correct. Your plan is a flat monthly (or annual) price based on a size band — not a per-head charge that grows with every enrollment.
What's included in each plan?
Everything. Scheduling, gradebook, report cards, tuition, communication, awards, curriculum, attendance, and admissions are all in the box on every plan. There are no paid add-on modules.
How does annual billing work?
Pay annually and you get two months free compared to paying monthly.
Is migration really free?
Yes. We migrate your families, students, and history from FACTS, Sycamore, or spreadsheets at no cost when you join.
What about schools over 200 students?
Larger schools get custom pricing, starting from $3.50 per student per month. Reach out and we'll size it with you.
