Separate from your subscription. Families pay right where they already are, every payment reconciles to its invoice automatically, and funds settle straight to your school's own bank account.
A flat 1% Trivium fee on top of Stripe's processing—and it's optional: you choose whether to turn online payment on, whether to require it, and whether your school absorbs the 1% or families cover it. Cheque & e-transfer can still be recorded free.
The same flat 1% fee, with an optional “cover the fee” checkbox so donors can send 100% of their gift to the school. Recurring giving, campaigns, and tax receipts included.
Plus Stripe's standard processing fees. Payments are powered by Stripe Connect—each school connects its own account, Trivium never holds your money, and funds settle directly to your bank. Processing is optional; you can also record cheque and e-transfer payments in the same ledger.

How does pricing work?
Every school starts with Core—the full day-to-day SIS, character & conduct, and basic tuition & donations. It's priced per student, graduated so your blended rate eases as you grow (with a per-school minimum). Then you add modules à la carte for the extras you want. Your bill is Core plus whatever modules you've turned on—and turning on every module gets you the Whole-School bundle at 20% off.
What's in Core, and what's a module?
Core covers students, families & enrollment, classes & gradebook, scheduling, attendance, report cards, and character & conduct (houses, points, virtue). Modules add it from there: Communications (messaging, announcements & parent digest), Admissions, Library, Marketing (newsletters & forms), Finance (payment plans & invoicing), Reports, HR, Community (volunteers, athletics & events), and Ask Triv (the AI assistant).
How is the student count measured, and how are modules priced?
Core is priced per active enrolled student, graduated like tax brackets—$3.00/student easing to $2.85 past 150 and $2.70 past 400, so your blended rate drops as enrollment grows. Modules vary: some are per student (Finance, Community, Ask Triv), some a flat monthly fee (Admissions, Library, Reports), Marketing is tiered by contact-list size, and HR is per employee.
Can we add or drop modules later?
Yes. Modules are independent add-ons—turn one on when you need it and off when you don't. Core is always included.
Do you handle migration for us?
Yes. We migrate your families, students, and history from your current system or spreadsheets as part of your onboarding, so you don't re-key a year of records.
What about schools over 1,000 students, or multiple campuses?
Those are on Enterprise / custom pricing. Reach out and we'll size it with you.
