Our mission
Software that fits classical Christian schools — not the other way around.
Classical Christian schools have a distinct way of teaching, grading, and forming students. Most school software ignores that — so schools spend their days bending themselves around tools built for someone else. Trivium is our answer.
Why we built it
The right tool was missing.
Small classical Christian schools were stuck choosing between two bad options: enterprise systems built for large public districts, or a patchwork of a dated SIS, a separate billing tool, mass-email software, and a stack of spreadsheets holding it all together.
Neither understood Wisdom & Virtue report cards, named academic awards and the Ten Herculean Labors, chapel blocks, split-grade homerooms, or Latin- and grammar-friendly scheduling. So administrators became integrators — re-keying data, reconciling tools, and explaining workarounds to every new staff member.
Trivium replaces all of it with one modern, all-in-one system designed around how these schools actually run — with flat, all-inclusive pricing and no per-student fees.
What we believe
The principles behind the product.
Fit the school
We shape the product around classical Christian schools — their grading, their awards, their calendar — instead of forcing schools to adapt.
One system, not five
Records, billing, communication, and awards belong together. One source of truth beats a patchwork every time.
Build it together
We build hand-in-hand with founding schools, so the roadmap reflects real schools, not guesses.
We're building Trivium with schools like yours.
Trivium is being built hand-in-hand with King's Cross Academy and a small group of founding schools. Partner with us early and you'll get founding pricing, a direct line to the people building the product, and real influence over what comes next.
