Never. We're Christians building for Christian schools. Unlike platforms that have deplatformed organizations for their convictions, we will never pull your account for teaching what Scripture says and obeying Christ. Your school's convictions are safe here.
It's a one-year term that runs with your school year, billed per student—monthly or annually. Every school starts with Core (the student record, gradebook, scheduling, attendance, report cards, houses and conduct), then turns on only the modules it needs—Admissions, Finance, Communications, Marketing, Community, Library, Reports, HR, or Ask Triv—with a discount for taking the whole suite. You renew each year; there's no multi-year lock-in.
