Board mode: your classroom display

Pair a classroom screen once, then unlock it for your lesson — whiteboard, present, timers and memory work.

Pairing a display (admins)

  1. Open School settings → Classrooms, and choose Pair board on the room.
  2. On the display, open usetrivium.com/board — it shows Pair this board.
  3. Type the 6-character code from the room page (it lasts 10 minutes) and choose Pair.

Using the board (teachers)

  • Unlock it: scan the QR code on the board, or open Unlock a board and type the code. It locks itself when the lesson ends.
  • Whiteboard — Pen, Highlighter, Erase, Shape, Laser pointer and paper types; Save as class resource keeps a copy.
  • Present — paste a YouTube, Google Slides, Sheets or Docs link, or show Today's lesson.
  • Timers (1, 3, 5 or 10 min), Pick a student, the class's Memory work decks, and the House Cup.

Moving a board to another room? Choose Unpair on the board (while unlocked) or on the room's page, then pair it again.
