Year-end close

The year's billed, collected and outstanding totals, and who still owes.

Admins

Finance → Year-end gives you the closing figures for the school year in one place.

  1. Open Finance → Year-end.
  2. Read the three figures — Billed, Collected and Outstanding — and Payments by source (Manual, Stripe, QuickBooks).
  3. Use the Owing chip to list families with a balance.
  4. Choose Export CSV for your accountant, or ⋯ → Aged receivables report to see how old each balance is.
