What Trivium is and who it's for

A quick tour of the system and the four kinds of people who use it.

Trivium is an all-in-one school system for classical Christian schools. Admissions, scheduling, the gradebook, report cards, tuition, and family communication all run off one shared student record — so a grade a teacher enters is the same grade a parent sees.

Who uses Trivium

  • Headmasters & admins — run the whole school: students, staff, finance, and settings.
  • Teachers — their classes, lesson planner, homework, gradebook, attendance, and report cards.
  • Parents — their children's homework, grades, attendance, forms, billing, and messages.
  • Students (13 and older get their own login) — their homework, grades, schedule, and memory work.

What you see depends on your role. If a page in this guide isn't on your screen, your role likely doesn't have access to it.
