Subscription & billing

Your Trivium subscription, seats, modules and invoices.

Admins

Trivium is priced as Core plus the modules you choose. Core — students, classes, attendance, the gradebook, report cards, houses and conduct — is priced per student. Modules add areas of the school: Communications, Admissions, Finance, Marketing, Community, Library, Reports, HR and Ask Triv. Turn on every module and the Whole-School bundle takes 20% off the modules.

  1. Open Settings → Subscription & billing.
  2. Trivium subscription — Manage billing opens your payment details.
  3. Student seats — Update seats (or Add a student seat when you're at the limit). Staff seats appear when HR is on.
  4. Your modules — see which are on and add or remove them (see Turning modules on and off).
  5. Invoices — download any Trivium invoice.
