Everyone sets their own notifications. Open your avatar (top right) and choose My account, then scroll to Notifications. Changes save automatically.
- Everyone — Unread message reminders.
- Staff — the Daily staff digest (when your school emails it) and Staff announcement emails.
- Parents — a Summary email (Daily, Weekly or Off); emails for new assignments & homework, class stream posts and school announcements; absence alerts, health office visits and progress alerts; and Pause all email if you need a break.
- Students — Your schoolwork: Due tomorrow, Work returned and a Weekly email.
- Trivium app notifications — once you've signed in on the app: messages, announcements, the daily update and reminders.
- Text messages — parents can choose to get urgent alerts by text.
My account → Notifications — email, app and text choices.
Some rows only appear when your school uses that feature — for example, the summary email only shows if the school sends a digest.
