Open the student's profile → Records → Health. It holds allergies, conditions, medications, notes and emergency contacts — so the office and the student's teachers can see what matters at a glance. Choose Edit to update the medical details in the Medical & health side panel; emergency contacts have their own Add and Edit.
The same page lists "Medication the school may give" and, for the office, the student's health office visits — see The health office log.
Families can see their child's health info and emergency contacts on the child's Health & emergency page and suggest changes there.
