Re-enrollment campaigns

Bring returning families back for next year — with fees and targeting.

Admins

Re-enrollment invites current families to confirm each student for next year — without re-entering everything. Run it as a campaign from Admissions → Re-enrollment and track who's returning, undecided, or not coming back.

  1. Open Admissions → Re-enrollment and choose New campaign. Pick the Target year and give it a Campaign name (e.g. "Re-enrollment 2026–27").
  2. Set the re-enrollment fee, and choose how it's charged under Fee is charged — "Per returning student" or "Once per family". Enter 0 for no fee.
  3. Choose who it goes to under Send to: All active students, Full-time students only, Part-time students only, or Selected families… (pick the returning children; each family gets one invitation covering all of them).
  4. Add an optional message to families (Preview email shows what they'll get), then Create campaign.
  5. On the campaign page, choose Send invites. Track the Returning, Undecided and Not returning counts, and nudge the rest with Remind undecided. Close campaign when you're done.

Families answer on one page: for each child they choose Yes, returning, Not sure yet, or Not returning (each answer saves as they tap), then pay any re-enrollment fee there with Pay & confirm.

To charge part-time families a different amount, run one campaign per group — a full-time campaign at one fee and a part-time campaign at another.
