QuickBooks import & export

Bring payments and donations in from a CSV, or export payments for reconciliation.

Admins

Finance → Import & export moves money records between Trivium and your accounting system with CSV files.

  1. Open Finance → Import & export.
  2. To import, stay on the Import tab, choose Donations or Tuition payments, then Choose CSV (⋯ has paste and a sample file). Check the preview before importing.
  3. To export, open the Export tab, choose Export payments, set the From and To dates, and Download CSV.

Imported payments show as QuickBooks under Payments by source on the Year-end close page.
