Getting around as a parent

Home, your children's pages, and where everything else lives in the menu.

Parents

Home is your family's day on one page: a strip of your children, Today (with Report an absence or late arrival), a Needs you list — sign-offs, forms, payments — then Tonight, the rest of the week, and From school.

The menu

  • At the top: Home, Attendance, Homework and Messages.
  • Family: Billing, Report an absence, Forms, Memory work, Report cards, Conferences and Incidents.
  • School: Announcements, Calendar, Documents and Give.

A child's page

Tap a child on Home to open their page. Its tabs are Homework, Memory work, Tests & projects, Grades and More. More holds attendance this year, the schedule, classes and materials, report cards, quizzes, conduct notes (with any waiting for your signature), documents, library, the supply list, Health & emergency, and their teachers — tap the cohort teacher's name to message them.

On a phone the bar along the bottom holds Home, Calendar, Homework and Messages, with Ask Triv in the middle; tap your avatar (top-left) for everything else. The Homework tab shows a badge when something needs your sign-off or is missing.
