- A school admin connects Stripe under Settings → Online payments and turns on Accept online payments.
- Families then pay invoices by card from Billing — all of an invoice or part of it — and can set up autopay.
- Supporters give on your public donation page, and parents give from Billing → Giving. Online gifts are receipted and emailed automatically, with a PDF receipt.
- Every online payment is listed under Finance → Online payments, with who paid and what it was for.
Trivium's platform fee is 1% of each online payment. Settings → Online payments sets the default — the school absorbs it, splits it 50/50, or families cover it — and families can choose at checkout.
