Offers, waitlist & rejections

Decide on applicants and move them along.

From a completed application you can make an offer, hold the family on the waitlist, or reject the application. The offer carries the tuition, any discounts, and the enrollment agreement; the family signs it online.

  1. Open the application from Admissions → Pipeline.
  2. Choose Create offer. Review it with ⋯ → Edit offer (pick discounts and Save), and check ⋯ → View offer as the family sees it.
  3. Choose Send offer (Resend offer if you need to send it again).
  4. The family chooses a payment schedule, types their name, and chooses Sign & approve enrollment, then pays the registration fee. Countersign the agreement from the application's "Countersign the agreement →" link (or Admissions → Contracts).
  5. To hold or decline instead, use ⋯ → Hold on waitlist or ⋯ → Reject. ⋯ also has Mark withdrawn, Move back to pending and Accept without offer.

Waitlisted and rejected applications aren't board columns — find them on the List view with the Status chip. The waitlist list sorts in waitlist order (first held, first listed) and shows the date each family was waitlisted.
