For safeguarding and accountability, admins can see every conversation and channel in the school under Communications → Oversight. It's read-only — you can't post or change anything from here.
- Open Communications → Oversight (titled Message oversight).
- Search by subject, people or text, or filter by Person and When (last 7, 30 or 90 days).
- Each row shows the conversation, its type (Direct, Group or Channel), the people in it and how many messages.
- Choose a row to read the whole thread in a read-only panel.

Only admins see Oversight. Tell your staff it exists — knowing messages can be reviewed is part of keeping them safe.
