Handling inquiries

Collect interest from your public inquiry form and turn it into an application.

An inquiry is a family's first hello — usually from the inquiry form on your website. Admissions → Inquiries collects them in one list so you can follow up and send the application when they're ready.

  1. Open Admissions → Inquiries and choose Copy inquiry link. Put the link on your website or in an email; ⋯ → Open inquiry form shows what families see.
  2. New inquiries arrive in the list. Use the Status chip (Open, New, In application, Waitlisted, Rejected, Closed, All) to focus.
  3. Open an inquiry to read it, then choose Send application — the family gets an email with a link to your application.
  4. From a row's ⋯ you can also Resend application, Send questionnaire, Copy apply link, Waitlist, Reject, Close or Delete.

Add your own questions to the inquiry form under Admissions → Admissions settings → Inquiry form (or ⋯ → Edit inquiry form fields on this page). Inquiries also appear in the Inquiry column of the Pipeline board.

Filter the Status chip to New to see the inquiries nobody has answered yet.
