Every enrollment offer carries your enrollment agreement. The family signs it online when they approve the offer; the school then countersigns to complete it. Admissions → Contracts lists every agreement and where it stands.
- Set up the agreement once under Admissions → Admissions settings → Contract template, then Save template (⋯ → Reset to default starts over).
- When a family signs, the contract shows as Signed. Open Admissions → Contracts — the header shows how many are waiting ("N to countersign").
- Open the contract and choose Countersign. You can also reach it from the application's "Countersign the agreement →" link.
- Use the Status chip (All, Draft, Sent, Signed, Countersigned, Void) to find others. A row's ⋯ has Copy signing link, Void and Delete.
- Need an agreement outside an offer? Choose New contract, then Send for signature (Resend email if it goes astray).
Admissions → Contracts — agreements by status, with how many are waiting to countersign.
The welcome package
Build the documents every new family receives under Admissions → Admissions settings → New student package (Add from library, then Save package). On an accepted application, ⋯ → Send welcome package sends it; the button reads Send again after the first send.
An accepted application's side panel also has Record enrollment fee, for a fee paid by cheque or cash.
