If your school has turned on Family access, you can ask Ask Triv about your own records. It only ever sees your family — never anyone else's.
- Parents — "Anything missing?", "What do I owe?", "What's on the calendar this week?", or "What's the dress code?" (from the school handbook).
- Parents can also ask it to report an absence, message a teacher, book a conference slot or RSVP to an event — it shows you the details to Confirm first.
- Students — look up your grades, homework, schedule and report card, plan your week, or have it quiz you and explain ideas.
Ask Triv for a parent — starter questions like Anything missing? and What do I owe?
For students, Triv is a coach, not a shortcut: it helps you work through a problem but won't write your essay or hand over the answer. If you tell Triv something that makes it think you might not be safe, it will let a trusted adult at school know.
There's a daily limit — 25 questions for parents, 15 for students. Open Ask Triv from the top bar, or the sparkle button on a phone.
