Besides answering questions, Ask Triv can make changes for you — but only after you've seen exactly what it will do and confirmed it.
- Ask for what you want in plain words: "Mark Latin 7 present except Eli and Ruth, who are absent."
- Triv shows a card headed Needs your confirmation, with the exact change — which students, which date, which marks.
- Check it, then choose Confirm. If it's not right, just say what to change, or don't confirm — nothing is written.
- If you wait too long, the proposal expires and Triv asks you to try again.

What each role can ask it to do
- Teachers — take attendance, enter grades, create coursework and homework, mark a lesson complete, push lessons after a missed day or move a lesson, log a conduct note, write virtue ratings and report-card comments, message parents, open conference slots, and request time off.
- Admins — the same classroom actions, plus draft messages, announcements, newsletters and forms; change enrollments and send re-enrollment invites; create invoices, discounts and payments; assign teachers and substitutes; add calendar events; log drills; and manage team rosters, events and results.
- Parents — report an absence, message a teacher, book a conference slot, RSVP to an event, and request a library book.
- Students — renew a library loan.
Triv only offers actions for the modules your school has — no invoices without Finance, for example.
