Incidents: injuries, illness & accidents

Record what happened and what you did — the family is emailed as soon as you save.

  1. Open Incidents (in the sidebar) and choose + New incident.
  2. Pick the Student and Type — Injury, Illness, Accident or Other — and Where it happened.
  3. Fill in What happened, any Details, and What we did; tick First aid given or Sent home.
  4. Choose Save & notify the family. Every linked guardian is emailed (and notified in the app) straight away with what you wrote.

The Incidents page lists the last 90 days, filterable by Injury, Illness or Accident. Parents see their own children's incidents under Incidents in the Family section of their menu.

Incidents aren't conduct. Behaviour belongs in Conduct (Log a conduct note).
