Grades & cohorts

Your grade levels, which share a cohort, and each cohort's day at a glance.

Cohorts (in the Teaching group of the sidebar) opens the Cohorts page: one row per cohort with its grades, students and classes. Grades that share a teacher are paired into one cohort — a combined 1st & 2nd, for example.

  1. Open Cohorts and choose + Add grade to add a grade level.
  2. Choose a row and Edit cohort to pair grades — Pair with…, then Pair — or Unpair them.
  3. Open a cohort for its Today, Students, Medical, Classes, Gradebook and Schedule tabs, and Print list.
  4. Under Assistants & co-teachers, add an EA / TA or co-teacher to the cohort's classes in one step.
