Conduct notes

Log a Note, Warning or Major on a student — with a parent sign-off when you need one.

TeachersAdmins

Record conduct from the Conduct page (in the sidebar) or from a student's profile under Conduct & notes → Conduct. Each note has a severity — Note, Warning or Major — and can ask a parent to sign off. Conduct notes feed report cards, the Good conduct house points and at-risk flags.

  1. Open Conduct and choose Log a conduct note.
  2. Pick the student and the Severity (Note, Warning or Major) — or start from a template if your school has them.
  3. Set the Incident date, a Title, and Details.
  4. Set Parent sign-off to Not needed or Required.
  5. Choose Record notice — or Record & print to send a paper copy home.

Use the All / Warnings / Major chips to filter the list; reusable wording lives under ⋯ → Note templates. Injuries and illness aren't conduct — record them under Incidents.
